This Privacy Policy details how we collect, process, store, and safeguard information when you use our platform, portals, and REST APIs.

We only collect data strictly necessary to deliver high-performance messaging services:

• Account & Contact Info: Name, business name, registered mobile number, email address, and encrypted credentials.
• Authentication Data: One-Time Passwords (OTPs), rate limiting telemetry, IP addresses, and User-Agent headers.
• Transactional Data: Payment transaction identifiers (via Cashfree), purchased subscription plans, and available message quota balances.
• API Request Metadata: Timestamps, HTTP response status codes, payload sizes, and destination phone numbers for delivery receipt tracking.

3 How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate accounts, provision API keys, and route transactional WhatsApp messages.
• To compute billing, issue invoices, and track quota consumption.
• To prevent fraudulent sign-ups, enforce Anti-Spam policies, and secure our network infrastructure.
• To send critical security alerts, subscription expiry reminders, and service operational updates.

4 WhatsApp Messaging Data & Confidentiality

Message contents processed through our API are temporarily buffered in memory solely for delivery transmission and status callback webhook dispatching, following standard retention protocols.

5 Storage & 256-Bit Encryption Standards

All data transmitted between your servers and our cloud gateway is protected with TLS 1.3 / SSL encryption. Account passwords are cryptographically hashed using bcrypt / Argon2 algorithms. API Client Secrets are stored using industry-standard salted hashing and tokenization.

6 Third-Party Service Processors

We work with trusted enterprise service providers for specific operational functions:

• Payment Processing: Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd. (PCI-DSS compliant). We do not store credit/debit card numbers or bank credentials on our servers.
• Cloud Infrastructure: High-security ISO-27001 certified server infrastructure with automated firewalls and DDoS protection.

7 Cookies & Session Security

We use secure, HttpOnly session cookies to maintain your authenticated login state and prevent Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF). We do not use third-party behavioral tracking or intrusive ad-retargeting pixels.

8 Your Data Rights & Deletion Requests

You have the right to review, update, or request permanent deletion of your client account and associated messaging logs. To request complete data purge, contact our privacy desk from your registered email address.
