Please review these terms carefully prior to accessing or utilizing the Fire Connect platform and Cloud API infrastructure.
By registering an account, accessing the dashboard, integrating API endpoints, or using any services provided by Fire Connect (operated by Firewall IT Solution), you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and all applicable local, national, and international laws.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use or access any portion of the Fire Connect platform.
Fire Connect provides programmatic access to WhatsApp messaging gateways, cloud webhooks, interactive QR session management, and related developer APIs. We reserve the right to upgrade, modify, or enhance features, API specifications, and interface layouts to maintain service performance and security.
To use Fire Connect, you must provide accurate and verifiable business details, including a valid mobile number and email. Accounts are subject to automated mobile OTP authentication and administrative verification.
You agree to comply fully with WhatsApp's Official Business & Messaging Terms and our strict Anti-Spam Policy. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Firewall IT Solution operates solely and strictly as a neutral technical infrastructure and cloud software service provider. Firewall IT Solution does not generate, curate, control, or pre-moderate the messages, media files, hyperlinks, or recipient databases processed by registered clients or users.
Firewall IT Solution, its proprietors, directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates hold ABSOLUTELY ZERO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY (civil, criminal, regulatory, or financial) for any illegal, unlawful, fraudulent, unauthorized, or illicit activities conducted by any user or client through this platform.
Users are strictly forbidden from utilizing this service for any unlawful purpose under the laws of India or any applicable international jurisdiction, including but not limited to:
The registered account owner assumes 100% full, exclusive, and unreserved legal, criminal, and financial liability for all communications dispatched under their API credentials, connected phone numbers, and WhatsApp sessions.
In the event of suspected illegal activity or upon receipt of formal directives from law enforcement agencies, cyber crime divisions, or court orders, Firewall IT Solution will immediately terminate the offending account and will fully cooperate with authorities by providing all available audit logs, IP records, timestamp history, and user verification data.
Subscriptions and message quotas are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) or designated local currencies via our secure payment gateway partner (Cashfree). All purchases are final and non-refundable once message quotas are credited to your active account. Unused message limits expire at the end of the subscription validity period unless renewed.
While Fire Connect strives for a 99.99% gateway availability SLA, delivery times may be subject to external factors outside our control, including telecommunication network congestion, device connectivity, and WhatsApp platform maintenance.
All source code, software, documentation, branding, design assets, and logos associated with Fire Connect are the exclusive intellectual property of Firewall IT Solution. WhatsApp is a registered trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.
We reserve the absolute right to freeze, suspend, or permanently terminate any account immediately, without prior notice and without refund, upon detection of illicit behavior, spam broadcasts, fraudulent usage, or third-party complaints.
Indemnification: You agree to unconditionally defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Firewall IT Solution, its founders, directors, employees, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, penalties, and legal expenses arising from: (i) your use of or access to the service; (ii) your violation of any term of this agreement; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, trademark, privacy, or telecommunication regulation; or (iv) any claim that your messages caused damage to a third party.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Firewall IT Solution be liable for indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from lost profits, service downtime, WhatsApp account bans, or recipient disputes.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Rajasthan, India.
